I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient behavioral health for over 3 years. I prefer to take a collaborative approach with my clients to help them with life changes, ineffective behaviors, grief and loss, conflict, trauma, emotional distress, and relationship difficulties. I am currently providing mental health services virtually to assist those in need.
